Did you know "Beija Flor" means "humming bird" in Portugese, it literally means "Kiss Flower"? So that explains the bird sounds in the beginning...
It also is the name of the most popular Carnaval group in Rio de Janeiro, it's somewhat like a soccer team, they won the famous parade for the last two years: the middle samba part is sampled from the 2003 theme song of their participation in the parade, and featured on the so-called Enredo CD of Brazil, which is released every year with Carnaval.
Strangest track man; it even has 3/4 measures instead of 4-to-the-floor!!! I think I like it, not sure though

Great background info, but anyway this song is sick, I love it everything about it is absolutely amazing, I mean I love it, and its such a great ending to the Balance 006 cd although to be honest I enjoy the pre samba side of it more but nevertheless a great track, Im not really sure how to classify Goa and psy so Ill have to stay out of that, all in all sick track.
