I use my Shure E2c buds pretty much everyday at work, on the subway and at the gym. There really no comparison between isolating buds like these and regular earbuds (even the ones made by good companies such as Sennheisser).
E2c's are much more comfortable, better sound quality, outside noise doesn't bother you (for example, with regular earbuds I'd have to listen at a volume of 20-25, with E2c's the max that I need to go up to, at the gym, is 10-12 and I still can't hear anything around me).
The price was reasonable. I mean you get good quality sound, but ~$160CAD after shipping etc. is somewhat steep. Considering how much better these are than regular eabuds, I wonder how much better the E3c's are than E2c's
