I have met a few people already through message boards and they are great people and we have good times. But, that is not the reason i signed up thats all im saying.

my mistake. you were making it sound like you didn't want to meet anyone on here because, "you had your own social life".

i guess i read into taht wrong

I find it ironic how more and more members of TRANCEaddict don't like Trance music. They routinely post messages bashing Trance DJs and Trance events. It's fine to have diverse tastes but c'mon, consider where you are posting. Makes me chuckle everytime.

When I joined I loved Trance, now I don't, should I stop posting and cease all communication with "trance" addicts?

People change, what you call Trance and others call Trance may be different too.

I definitely don't think you should stop posting. Everyone has a right to offer an opinion. All I'm saying is that I find it humorous when people post reviews like "I thought the party sucked but then again I don't like trance" or "I don't like DJ X but then again trance isn't my thing".

I'm a relatively new member to this board, and to tell the truth, I didn't feel welcome at all. It seemed as though some people were offended that a new member may have an opinion about something. Don't get me wrong though, those people are few and far between. The fact is though, those members do make this community a little less tight.

I did hear a lot about the people of Tranceaddict, and how amazing they were. I would love to meet some of you guys, but honestly, as a new member, it felt as though I was unwelcome here.

But hey, this is just a new member giving you guys his own perspective.

I think it mostly has to do with the fact that trance aint what it used to be.
