I haven't I wouldn't "buy it over the counter" (think I'd stick to normalish stuff...dog and so . ) but if I was stuck somewhere and with someone and that someone died I'd eat them (to survive). Everyone would if you had to. Obviously if you had some connection or empathy to the animal(people included) your going to find it harder to eat. I have an empathy with humans but not dogs really. If it was a dog I'd had for a while maybe it would be harder. But again if I had to I would. I'd prefer not to just because of the empathy factor but if I had to I would. Obviously with humans you have a very high empathy so it'll take much more to eat that (i.e. life or death for most people).
I think it's just some people have a weird fetish for certain animals. Cute kittys and so on (you realise sometimes the father of these eats one or two if they are kinda hungery). And that what stops them for being willing to eat them.
