I ran over a dog last year, but not intentionally. I've run over a few other animals as well because they ran out in front of me. Unless it's a cow or larger, I won't swerve completely off the road to avoid them. As for tortuing animals, look no farther than the pharmaceutical companies who test their products on lab critters. They would make any skateboard bashing teen look pathetic.

You have no fuckin idea how much I would love to get ahold of people like this, I have an anger problem that I can control now, but for this I would let loose, I honestly swear if I saw any amount of people of any size doing this to a pet, I would be locked up for manslaughter, those ******s wouldn't even be able to have an open casket, I don't care what anyone thinks of my reasoning, I am a friendly guy to everyone and treat people well, but for this type, reasoning and law go straight out the fuckin window, and I'm super fuckin pissed off right now since they ain't in this city and all I can do if voice a useless fuckin opinion on the internet.
