I think it looks more like a light from an external source, like a lamppost or a car's spotlights rather than a fill-in flash I may be wrong though..

I haven't uploaded any new ones in ages, and the ones shown were scanned when I didn't know how to use a basic histogram tool, so I lost a LOT of tonal range and detail in the scans. Kinda sucks, but I'm too lazy to rescan them.
It's almost as good as torontotrance's. 
I may be wrong though..
