you gotta atleast be addicted to caffeine if you stay up for 5 days straight
thats crazy.
isn't it after you've been awake for 3 days straight you are deemed "legally insane"
sleep and dreaming is such a wonderful thing. if i have nothing to do or pressures, i would sleep all day long. i remember somtimes when i would sleep intill about 6 or 7pm at nite after going to bed at 4 or 5 in the morning.
but my avg. amount of sleep varies during school i guess i get about 6-7
and now this summer i've been doing summer school and my class starts at 9 in the morning so my clock is used to getting up quite early and i'm on a pretty strict schedule.

Don't you find that sometimes by sleeping ALL day you get even more tired? When I used to ditch school on occasion and sleep in...I'd lie in bed all day and end up sleeping all afternoon and into the evening! Even though my plan was to just sleep in a little and go to class after lunch. Even during the summer I noticed that...after awhile its HARD to get out of bed...

i know exactly what you mean.
you get tired if you don't get enough sleep, but if you get too much sleep you still feel tired.
its like some equilibrium you have to find.
it most likely has alot to do with one's biological clock. and when you are sleeping in alot, unless you are doing it consistently and going to bed consistently you are gonna throw it totally out of wack.
i have that feeling sometimes where it is jsut painful to get out of bed. thats why awhile ago, id have those days where i'd just sleep in till 6 or 7 at nite. i'd just wake up and be like "sheeeeit i don't want to get out of bed" then id just turnover and pass out and dream some more

I love my sleep. Usually sleep a minimum of 8-10 hours, during uni however tends to be alot more like 6-7 depending on what time I have class. And sleep is definitely not overated!

I noticed that too, since I resumed working out I need more rest... I was already sleeping a lot, like minimum 10 hours + to feel in shape... now I need about 12, and sometimes I still feel tired
The average 8 hours definitly dont do it for me...

At the moment i'm getting anywhere between 8-12 hours sleep... always get up at 11.30, just depends when i go to sleep
During school i just get 6/7 hours... and feel knackered by the end of the week
