1. Every year you are going up in the dj mag rankings and everybody believes that you are the next best thing in trance music. How hard it is for you to maintain your low profile . Do you think your popularity and world wide travel has affected your taste and style in music
2. DJ'ing is a very competive feild. how and what have you done to continue to be a leader in your feild. what type of dedication or work ethic does it invole?
3. Do you think fame and fortunes can affect the dj's performace and artist quality? How do you manges to not let this affect you?
4. There are a lot of commercial songs that sadly belong in the trance genre (dj sammy lasgo ) and make people think that its kids music. Do you believe that this has made your and your fellow producers more serious? Does this trend pushes trance more into progressive or you think that the genre is not affected at all
5. armin you always talk about how your a trance dj and your not embarresed by it, but what exactly does trance music mean to you?
6. does remixing old hits like silence, flaming june, synaesthesia show us a lack of inspiration or just an adaptation of old songs in a more mainstream sound

8. To any aspiring dj what advice would you give them in reguards to how to play out in front of crowds. Can you please eloborate on how you select songs to play while observing the crowd? Do you watch the crowd and follow their lead in reguards to how you play or do you try to take the crowd on a "journey" and focus more attention on song selection and flow?
9. Europe, particularly Holand has embrassed EDM. With your extensive traveling and knowledge why do you think the USA has not embrassed EDM as much as other places in your opinion? Is it something cultural?
10. Some have argued that the drug scene in EDM has effected it image and as such EDM popularity has suffered. Do you think more dj's need to take a proactive stance on anti-drug use in clubs? what is your opinion?
11. Armin you have made some very beautiful remixes and productions. Can you tell us what goes on in the mind of an artist like yourself when your working on something? Do you loook at other works or do you start from scratch so to speak?Do you listen to the work of your fellow trance dj's like Paul Van Dyk, Tiesto, or Ferry Corsten? Which of these dj's do you admire most if any?
