btw we drove past IKON last nite...there were two police vehicles outside and madd ppl on the corner...hmm sight seemed very familiar LOL

yea me too. Avalon seems like it is throwing money at everyone and everything...but IKON was prolly more hungry in getting a piece of the pie since its trying to establish itself in the wake of Black and 610...so they outbidded them. anyways for the space, IKON def has Avalon beat...
