I would have smacked the shit out of anyone I saw doing that. Fucking cowards...picking on someone who is defenseless.

Imagine someone's car that stalls out at Yonge & Bloor at 5pm on Friday because they neglacted to maintain their car. Is it ok to club them with a snow brush while they try over and over to start their car?
