I hang out in LA all of the time...either at Spundae or Giant. Another small bar/club that I really like is a newer place called the FroBar in Santa Monica. The DJ there, TOBY, spins some incredible trance tracks...inlcuding his own. It's definitely worth checking out if you're not in the "big club scene" kind of mood one night....and if you're 21.
