Chechnya != Iraq. Are you trying to justify the deaths of Iraqi innocents by pointing to an event perpetrated by an entirely seperate group of people in a completely different part of the world? I'm happy to discuss the merits of the Iraqi war with you and I'll gladly join you in condemnation of what happened in Russia, but in trying to lump several different issues together as though they were in any way connected, you're merely displaying a distinct inability to separate particulars from your own preconceived generalities.
