+ vinyl i would guess my vinyl to have cost approximatly £3500, maybe more... oh and £70 for the record bag but i guess they arn't technically my setup.

why people are including previous equipment in this, i don't know. the question was how much did your setup cost

Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get into a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon.

hehe

$200 US for a SK-10 Gem Sound "Mix Master" package off musiciansfriend.com

2x BJl1150 Belt drives
1x DJ-M1 2channel mixer
1x DJ Pro 1000MC single piece headphone/mic
1x Sony MDR-V600 headphones $100 Best Buy
1x Odyssey blpbp50 Record backpack - $50 hollywooddj.com

15 records at the estimated total of somewhere near &120
and $40 on replacement styli

the TTs are crap, the Mixer isnt all that bad other than the limitations of a 2ch for mixing trance, the singlepiece headphone/mic is a waste of parts, the backpack is built really tough, sony phones have proven to be pretty reliable

Free:
1x Technics Stereo Reciever
2x Bose speakers pump out some good lows and mids(one of ems poped tho, gets fuzzy)
2x Sony speakers let out some pretty good mids and his

not too bad of a setup tho for a beginner, it does the job, been going at this for almost a year now, need to get a job so i can upgrade
