I don't know what people like about smoking, to me it's unpleasant and pointless. I don't care of someone wants to do it, but I don't think I'll ever understand why.

I've tried it, its no big deal. I have half a pack of "du mauriers" sitting in my closet.

i've been smoking for a little over a year. i dont hate it, but i dont like it that much anymore either, so as soon as the snow starts to fall, i'm gonna quit.

I smoke more than I would like, especially when I'm drinking. I don't really smoke during the work day, but I like to smoke after work and when I'm out. I usually smoke Djarum Vanilla Cloves, and Marlboro Lights when I can't get cloves.

I think I'm allergic to tabaco. I get nasuated when I am around someone smoking.

What asses have you been smelling?

Used to smoke Camel Turkish Royal's on and off. Would always quit cold turkey, then start up again when I smoked pot. I always needed a cig after smoking up.

Also, telling yourself you're doing good by comparing how much you smoke to someone else or the so-called "average" is just a way of kidding yourself. I could say I'm doing good by only eating fast food once a day because a kid I know eats it for every meal, but that doesn't make it any better.

I see a LOT of kids do that in school. They hear the average grade in the class is a C, so they suddenly don't feel so bad about their B and don't strive for an A. People would be better off not having others to compare themselves too.

Sorry for the digression.

When I was about 6-7 my mom's friends was smoking a cigar and I thought it looked tasty, so I asked if could taste. To my surprise they agreed and gave me the cigar with a wry smile. I've never smoked or tried to smoke since.

then at night i need more... generally go thru a pack in 2 - 3 days

I used to smoke about 1 pack every 2 weeks. I only did so because my friends all smoke cigs when theres idle time or after we blaze some weed. I smoked Marlboro menthol lights btw.

Now ......coming October will be 11 months w/o smoking a cig and really havent had the urge to smoke any. After I quit for a while, just the smell of a cigarette made me nauseous. I smoke enough weed anyways to warrant me from cigarettes cuz it a) tastes better and b) actually gives me a buzz!

I normally Smoke all the time!!!!
