Bah, it was a German school, had elementary, middle school and high school. I started in 7th grade, we had no thing called "highschool", I fucked it up, should have called it something else

I dunno... learning languages seems to be obsolete now. We have alot of Koreans going to my school that have been there since grade 8 (im in grade 11 now) and they still dont know how to speak english. They just use theyre fancy translators (test riggers)

Good luck with the French. I'm currently learning Japanese.

Japanese is an uber-language.

I'm just starting to take french in high school. Already on my 3rd year of german. French appears to have the easiest grammar evar, but the spelling is insane, while german has the most insane grammar, but the easiest spelling. For pure insanity, combine them; and you get... English.

Kinjiru! All the japanese I know I've learned from reading Shogun and Gai-jin, and watching subbed Anime.

I think English is the easiest language to learn, at least for me it was, while French was the hardest. For me, German grammar was way easier than the French, never had a problem with spelling either...
And Spanish, can't really compare, I've spoken it since I'm a kid
