שאלה שאלה

אח שלי אמר לי שכדאי להיות מקסימום 8 שעות ביום עם עדשות..
אני לרוב שאני מגיע הביתה מבצפר אני סתם נשאר בבית..
חלק מהימים יוצא החוצה..

בינתיים אני עם עדשות יומיות..
אז אני רוצה לשאול אם כדאי להוריד אותם ולזרוק שאני חוזר מבצפר
ולהיות עם משקפיים [ שבהם העדשה לא במספר הנכון ] כשאני במחשב \ טלוויזיה
או להשאיר את העדשות במחסנית אם ו.. יקרה מצב שאני אצא בערב באותו יום וזה..

ובכלל, כמה זמן כדאי להיות עם העדשות ביום..
בינתיים אני איתם מ7-8 בבוקר עד 10-11 שאני הולך לישון..

כמוני אותו דבר
ולפעמים ביום שישי שאני יוצא נגיד אני איתם
מ7-8בבוקר עד 4-5בבוקר למחרת יענו בשבת...

אני לא מוריד אותם רק כשאני הולך לישון (אם זה שינה מתוכננת לא כמו הירדמות כרגיל :}

אני יענה לך על זה מהנסיון שיש לי עם זה ומה שאני חושב לנכון בשבילך לעשות...

אפילו שזה עדשות יומיות...
תוריד אותם ואפשרי להחזיר אותם לאחר מכן
כמו שעדשות חודשיות לא מתכלות אחרי חודש בדיוק...
עכשיו אני כל יום בצבא עם העדשות מ-6 בבוקר שאני קם עד משהו כמו 11 בלילה... ואין לי ברירה אלא להשאיר את העדשות בעין... כי אין מצב להתחיל להוריד ולשים
אבל כשאני בבית... אם אני יודע שיש לי לפחות איזה שעה שעתיים בבית אם לא יותר ישר מוריד עדשות כדי לתת לעין ולעדשה מנוחה
מה שיוצא זה שהעין שלך מפרישה חומרים שיכולים להצטבר על העדשה ולגרום לכך שלא תראה טוב וגם יכול לפתח דלקות בעין...
אם יש לך ברירה תוריד.... גג תחזיר אחר כך
אם לא... אז תשאר...
אבל אם אתה הולך לישון או משהו תוריד....
