last night and today i popped in Hybrid's Morning Sci-Fi... haven't listened to it in a while and it brought back some wicked memories of living at my old apartment last fall.

I have an old tape-deck in my car. BUT. I picked up a CD player/tape-deck adapter from Target, and I can just plug it into my Rio Karma. Essentially, it's CD-quality music (err, best you can get out of a tape that is) on a computer-capacity scale. So I can listen to every CD I own, in my car, without ever having to deal with the actual CDs themselves. I think I found a loophole in coolness.

I'm currently listening to DJ Tiesto's Forbidden Paradise 8: Mystic Swamp in my car. The cool thing about it is, I don't even own the CD! I wouldn't be listening to it if I didn't have it ripped onto an mp3 and on my Karma. I would BUY the CD if it was available anywhere, but since it's so rare and old, I have no other choice but to have downloaded it.
