that's incredible. since RJ bought a few cartons 3 weeks ago at the duty free shop and had no problems with customs or duties then we should all bought a few catrons at duty free shop and have no problems with customs or duties.

Exactly because when you buy them at the duty free they are already CANADA DUTY PAID which means what you are buying at duty free aren't duty free anymore. If you dont buy from there you have to pay the duty at the border now.
