well they said the same about beyonce .. everyone was scratching their heads why she was trying with this solo project, when she had something going with destiny's child .. but it seems many groups try to test the waters with a singles career, and see how it takes off ..
but i had to really sit down, and listen to this song .. it gave me about 7 or 8 tries until i figured the song was pretty decent .. a little different than her no doubt stuff .. don't know about the rest of her album, but this song is pretty good, compared to the other pop songs out there (i get prepared to shoot my head everytime they play ashlee simpson 'pieces of me'  ).. and i figured there would be house remixes of this song .. works better with house than trance ..
