Sinead O'Connor hands down. Sarah McLaughling is overrated, IMO.

Kirsty Hawkshaw, hands down! Sarah McLachlan isn't even close.

You should have included Justine Suissa from Oceanlab or Damae from Fragma, but of course, Kirsty Hawkshaw is supreme. I would have to say the best vocalists in EuroTrance/Dance are:

Kirsty Hawkshaw (Solo, Opus III, Tiesto and numberous others)
Justine Suissa (OceanLab, Armin Van Buuren)
Sarah K & Scandinavia (Rimini Project)
Jan Johnston (Numerous acts)
Damae (Fragma)
Engelina (DJ Encore feat. Engelina)

I would include Lene as well if she would join a Trance act or sang more songs like "Roses Are Red", a true euro-club anthem. It's a shame her voice has gone to waste after leaving Aqua. All she sings now is crummy pop music that sounds pathetically American (and yes, I can say that because I live in America and our music BITES in general like all get out).

I can't figure out how Sarah McLachlan is getting so many votes. She doesn't even really qualify as a trance vocalist, must less for most of the votes!! Her performance on Silence had some subtle moments, but other than that it was mediocre compared to singers like Kirsty Hawkshaw.Kirsty Hawkshaw

From that list I'd go for Kirsty Hawkshaw as she's about the only consistent one.

However, my favourite vocalists are Naimee Coleman and Lucia Holm of Sunscreem.
