that's tru.. Dubai is on a whole nother level, their (UAE's) average income per capita is right off the scale considering that you hav a country with huge amounts of oil with a very small population (2,523,915 in 2004).. of course it'll attract a lot of foreign investments..
i mean if we're gonna cherry pick cities, we might as well start throwing in other cities like Shanghai, Taipei, Frankfurt, etc. which would make it pointless..
TO should be comparing itself with other North American cities on a similar scale ... we aren't the best, but we're not that bad either..
