For one, being stoned is not a criminal offense in quite a few places these days, including the Netherlands, Germany, Canada, and even some cases in America. You have a serious attitude problem, why do you care if others want to get stoned and listen to music? Your opinion in this topic is unncessary and unwanted. Nobody asked for opinions. They asked for favorite music to listen to when they were stoned, not for the morality police. Nice nickname btw for someone who claims to be such a saint.

Personally I go for the classics when I'm stoned. A good ole Oakenfold Essential mix from his world tour or maybe even the Tranceport album will bring me back to my youth.

Firstly i really dont think voicing my disaproval on drugs, which ive done before warrants the term attitude problem. My name was taking from the australian habitat known as a billabong, so you are obviously greatly uncultured. Its alright to talk about drugs to your hearts content, but its not something that everyone accepts, therefore if someone voices their dissapporval then you should not thrown a temper tantrum.

You already said yourself that............." quite a few places these days" which means it is no accepted everywhere, so dont expect everyone to be as accepting of these type of threads. It amazes me that you can voice your opinion, without resorting the aggressive tactits such as swearing, and then be accused of having an attitude problem.

"You have a serious attitude problem"

You must really not get out much if you think that.

*edit* these are the dictionary definitions for billabong you planks

A dead-end channel extending from the main stream of a river.
A streambed filled with water only in the rainy season.
A stagnant pool or backwater.

Ok this board doesnt have a policy against drug-related threads - you've seen them in the past, and you'll see them again. Voicing your opinion isnt gonna do anything, but provoke, and you expect us to sit back and relax - yeah right. Its clear you have a very subjective view of drugs and I dont know what u tried to achieve in the first place. Before the thread goes to drain, just go away, dont even reply this post, just leave it at that.

Last time i looked you wasnt a moderator, also its laughable how people try to justify a habit which is still illegal in many parts of the world. It seems like people try to substantiate their habits because they think it is slightly accepted.

I dont think you should be telling people what they can and cant do, you are not a mod. Fine people can post topics on drugs, because the same sorta topics come up

what drug is best
what music is best to take drugs too
do drugs make music better

I can voice my opinion quiet happily in the knowledge that im not the one with the habit that in the majority, is socially unacceptable. Especally in england, where selling class c drugs can get you incarceration time. So dont try to defend a habit which is still illegal for the most part in the country that you live in. I will not post any more in this thread because the druggie fan boys are obviously to stubborn. I can accept that drugs are a part of many countries culture, but it seems that the majority of people cannot accept people badmouthing them.

What's with the l337 talk regarding drug use....no one says that our selection in music is better... i've been a pothead for 5 years, stopped 7 months ago, and have only smoked maybe once since..it is definitely a different reality when you're high off ur tit listening to choons, but then again I honestly dont think that its any better when ur high, things just sound louder in my opinion..when I'm drunk I feel that I enjoy the music more that way, because I'm less paranoid and slow, way more energetic and "party animal" ...when im high i tend to just wanna do nothing.

I recommend oldschool Oakenfold sets when high for the nostalgia...erhmm the BluePrint Proton Radio sets every saturday , for the best in prog...Habersham & Numinous always come through, ermmmmm and I personally love deephouse, so anything funky and groovy is good. Downtempo is also a favorite of mine...meh, I pretty much love it all except trance, techhouse, techno and tribal.

Prog - Proton sets are always sick, and you always find new good music while ur listening

Deephouse - Ben Watt, Miguel Migs etc...checkout the Lazy Dog Series

Downtempo - anything good, love chilling to this...

Trance -

Leftfield -

The point is mr Billabong, this is a MUSIC DISCUSSION forum.
We are talking about music, you are not.
Let me give you an idea how you can add to this discussion.
"I don't smoke pot, so I have no clue how it might effect my taste in music, therefore I have no input on this discussion. Thanks"

These definitions you have provided describe your input on the discussion fairly well.
