Well based on the topic.

We have had quite a few Earthquake in the region i live in. We had a biggish earthquake the other day (5.5) and had a few before it and some the following days including yesterday, they saying we should be gearing up for the 'big one' that the region has been waiting for for years. The last big one we had was 8.5 in 1880's. Not the end of the world but maybe the end of me?!?!?!

That put it in perspective. Who cares about the end-of-the-world scenerio? If you die from anyone of these things on a smaller level you won't be concerned about it anymore.
