overall I thought it was a good movie, but not my fav of the year.
I did really like it how they killed that one cop that caught on early, it was def. a nice plot twist and made the rest seem much more unpredictable and interesting (until the final scene ofcourse...LAME).
IMO Vincent should've been killed by somebody who didn't know him, now THAT woulda've been fitting for the theme.

Couldn't agree more. Michael Mann is my favorite director of all time, with Heat being my favorite movie ever hands down. Last of the Mohicans is worthy of more praise to him as well. I recently cued up a lot of his earlier work on Netflix, renting The Deer Hunter and Thief. Both really old movies, but still show his amazing abilities. I look forward to his next release.
