Oh well...with several car bombs being set off every day, I don't think it's that surprising to see that people are not running around in panic when one goes off near them. As wierd as it seems, people get used to that kind of stuff. Besides, car bombs are not that destructive. That's why they rarely kill more than 10 people at the time. And this one didn't even make it to the point where it was supposed to blow up.
