LMFAO, I seriously hope that spelling mistake was intentional or your search solved nothing.

and Trance Energy with 25.000ppl max didn´t sell out for MONTHS with quite a huge Trance lineup. DanceValley Winter Edition and Innercity didn´t even sell out at all...

On the other hand I just read that yesterday all 260.000 tickets for the three U2 concerts in England have been sold on ONE day.

Hm...

yeah ok so U2 are shit loads bigger because they appeal to a wider audience, so what, that doesnt mean that trance is low profile, it just means that pop music is extremely high profile

but pop music will always be high profile, hence the name POPular music

the definition of pop music changes, years ago it was the bubblegum and boy bands, now i would consider pop music to be the watered down, made from concentrate stuff they call rap lately

well ye, got to the point where if u wanted to take any big steps further, u have to get into producing else you wont go anyway, promoters, and the crowd somewhat dont care that much about the technical skills of a dj, they more care about if he have had a hit production, thats just how it is... and i had to live with that = i had to go into producing aswell.

pick your top ten sets of all time, which of those use the most technical tips and tricks, simply glue vinyl together, or use Cd's only

probably a bit of everything...there will always be room for skill at the top

don't generalize, there are PARTS of europe don't listen to much electronic. AND there are PARTS of countries where a lot of people think electronic is barley listened to, that it is rather prevelant i.e. the US. I will agree however that EDM is a lot bigger than most give it credit, take a look at all the numerous shows that sell out venues all over the world.
