Hey.. I'll be at the Sheraton with 10 from 3/24 - 3/27 (thurs-sun). Question- with booking through hotwire, how do you guarantee 2 queen beds and rooms nearby eachother? when i called the hotel directly, they told me that because i booked thru HW, they could take no requests. any ideas?
BTW- who is going to see fatboyslim on wed night?

When you check into the hotel they should ask you if you want two double beds.

Hey Melissa -- After you make the reservations through HW, wait a day then call the hotel and say you made a reservation and you'd like to request the following..... and they should do it. If not just get ther as soon as you can or if you know other people that are going before you they can request to be by your room and the other room so then you will all be together.

Well my other hotel arrangements went downhill so i decided to go ahead and book 5 nights at the Shraton!
