2004 was the year for it, it's probably disappearing again or turning standartized(standardized?) like prog trance did

doesn't mean that i wouldn't like a 2005 full of wicked electro and prog house

i'm looking forward mostly to the deeper, more melodic kind of techno (heard joris voorn album today and it completely blown my mind) and also to some acid house

hmm i need to get off the internet? shall we compare posts per day count? and i think ull find the majority of EDM is actually created for people to dance to. granted not all of it is, but i think u should experience a proper club mate and then come back when ur old enuff

meh, not really feeling that... im not sure i can see that becoming the sound of the future, it sounds quite oldskool to me, with some random swooshes to make it modern. almost sounds like europop without the vocals! hehe

We're already had that discussion; hearing a track is a club just generates more bias, and removes the focus from the quality of the music itself.

Och dom som har lyssnat på EDM i 20 år då? Undrar varför dom föredrar genrer som inte heter trance.

ory he does have a fair point, a) you're 16 years old but you talk as if you're the most experienced clubber in the world, and like you know everything about every form of electronic music, and that your opinion is the only valid opinion... you rant on about hands-in-the-ir-trance and how its not all about dancing, bliss, euphoria and energy, but then really, you have ono experience of it at all. Im sure you're not a bad bloke, ive accepted you and your opinion to a certain extent since you were curtious enough to reply to the message i sent you in a fairly respectable way, but i didnt realise you were only 16, and i think that its pretty demented to be claiming that you're an electronic music guru when you dont have much to base it on.

anyway thats just my opinion, which prolly wont matter to you. but apart from anything else, even if my opinion is total bulshit and you are the most experienced clubber in the world, you deserve a bit of critisism in return for the miserable and insulting posts youve made over the last few months. so hey i guess all of us should be cool now =)

a club atmosphere hugely enhances the effect of the music. thats why people go to clubs
