Josh4 is correct, there is a difference between Northern VA and everywhere else in the state.

Wearing your pants like that is ugly and it sucks, so I don't mind this law. However I don't care, and I would care even less if this law wouldn't be approved.

Besides, I read in the newspaper that it's mostly about the thongs. Which I must admit are sexy and hot, but alot of little hoos seem to find a way to wear them in a disgusting way.

How many of you would have to worry about this? Only the jackasses who wear them like that. I think they should take it a step further and ban any hat on which the bill doesnt line up with your face. Faces become so smack-tastic with a sideways hat. It would cut down on violence I bet.

Yeah, and they should disallow the wearing of cowboy hats by people who aren't actually cowboys.
