god damn it .. if i had the determination like orbax, then i would be working out also .. hahaha .. a couple of months ago, i was like peaking with my lifting and working out by doing about 100 to 125 push ups, 125 situps, and 100 dips straight for about 15 minutes, then work the bench presses, lateral raises, and military presses with the dumbbell or bar .. now i can't get passed 60 push ups without winding .. .. i am out of shape ..
but to get back on a workout regiment, would you think it would be better to do some cardio stuff, like biking and running more before i hop into 3-4 day workouts?? so i won't get winded out after 20 minutes of lifting (happened before .. caught myself not breathing correctly when lifting .. that sucks .. ) ..
