I've drank it lots of times. No it does not make you hallucinate, you have to mix it with a certain drug (Opium I think) for it to do that. The "active ingredient" is oil of wormword. It does however, fuck you up for hours off a minimal amount of it. I've drank plain shots of it (tastes like licorice), and done it the traditional way with the sugar, the fire, and the water. That was the coolest.
