you can't compare dance to pop... totally different industry.
some rnb tracks cost up to 1 million to produce.... you have enginneers, producers, co producers, writers.... it's a totally different industry.
in rnb you can make millions, in trance you make jack shit.
80% of labels dont pay out, with their silly contracts, 1000 record sales hardly makes a label even cash flow and you need to get on a fair few big selling compilations before you make a cent.
So your really selling trance tracks, to pocketing money for yourself, because everyone knows how hard it is to make a buck in the industry and as a dj even harder.
I got no idea how much you charge but im sure its a decent amount and more than any of the tracks would make an artist who bought it off you.
everyone does what they want, i have nothing against what you do. just don't compare pop and rnb to trance. it's a different ball game.
