Yessssssssssssssss...we need Turks and Caicos...omg we'd go crazy there...turn it into the new Ibiza However, from what I remember, the bill was introduced in the House and never voted on for whatever reason...if history is to serve as a guide though, it doesn't look good as Turks and Caicos approached Canada in the 70s and 80s to be a part of it, but to no avail. We'll see what happens this time.
