On the ever-increasing population problems:

my political science teacher said today that the purpose of war is now becoming necessary to redistribute population masses as well as decrease population as a whole.

Yea. The photographer won the 2005 pulitzer. The accompanying text for the photo was that he was attempting to flush out a sniper. Thought I'd leave the context out for amusement purposes however.
