Indeed it doesn't fit. Although it's a wonderful tune, ISOS4:LA is more calm style.. Phynn's tune is too energetic.

the story about Moments is quite simple. Tiesto wants the remix of Roads on ISOS4, but Portishead have never agreed on releasing the track (it's on a white (RR1000)), so to avoid problems, they cut out the vocals and made some key changes in the break, so the original melody was changed, and the vocals are gone. This way the tune is no longer a remix, but samples the original track 'a bit', and was it possible to publish the tune.
