No your right....its wrong and unfair. Just like with anything, there are good and bad policemen. But a fine line is needed with being active with the people they police and just driving past. If you had a look at the figures, and saw which age group is most likely to be involved with crime or have a crime commited against them...its the younger male. Its a hard situation to try and police.
