trance used to be called hardcore, same with d.n.b, jungle and other genres.

trance used to be called trance. but my favorite is tecmo. tecmo super bowl.

No, most new folks think old trance is actually techno because it doesn't have use any breakdown/build/supersaw templates. After all, how can anything without an epic melody and breakdown/build be trance?
