not going to hijack this thread anymore, but just to say ..
conglomerates suck .. they love to suck the juices out of the private market, and if they see the private market starting to overperform the "conglomerate's" expectations of what that market is supposed to do, then they use their money to buy out that market, and make it their subdivision .. i have seen that happen many times ..
they say it is good that the private business gets bought by the big conglomerate, because it will help their profit margins, since their expenses will decrease, but that is false .. just my opinion ..

and before i do invest in their stock ... maybe i should ask jim cramer from cnbc for advice about investing in this company ...
