yes, PLENTY of hicks in the shouth, I doubt it will ever change, unless they get displaced somehow. I can look out my window and find better proof then that though.
I like computer music alot, I am a computar fanboy. I get really excited when some unreal strange new sound comes out of a computer. I dunno, it just seems so limitless, so much more that one has the power to do with a computer, why not use it? I don't really pay much attention to the level of skill that is required to make a sound, as long as the sound is good I would enjoy it, even if it was like, a fart kazoo sympony.
Just give the computer guys a chance, there is so much great software music out there, and it does take long hours of proctice and work to make it all possible. They definetaly have skill, but it isnt the same set of skills, which isnt really that important.
I just dont understand what maked vinyl the required meduim for a respectable dj, other then tradition
