Entry date is 12th of September... so I'm going to queue this one up a little bit... will download the samples tonight and have a look at it. But more then likely will give it a shot.

They had a remix competition before of 'Abbreviated Funk' by Formulate; PROTON0002

The winner? 'Funkspell Mix' by Opencloud

They had also done a remix on PROTON0001 before of 'Fingerpaint' by Digital Witchcraft.

And were on PROTON0004 'The Life EP' by Opencloud

Pumaz & myself participated in the Abbreviated Funk competition with a progressive breaks remix, but unfortunately we did not make the main page.

I worked on both of those, yea it was disappointing to see that they are letting signed artists enter the competition (which I assume is traditionally reserved for amatuers). But you can't blame them, they're just trying to get the best remix possible.

TOR, can you post your remix for abbreviated funk? I'll get mine up in a bit. I can send you the sample pack over AIM if you'd like.

That's really boring, why should a already signed artist do a better remix than one that is not?
