That's what I've heard from a few places, anyway. It makes perfect sense to me, and besides, regular exercise is good for you so you should do it anyway. Walk, jog, bike, row, lift weights, anything is better than sitting around. |
If by party favours you mean like E or K or someother drug, yea I am almost never on them (really once in a blue moon).
Though, I am almost always drunk... so I guess while dancing is good for me, I also have to burn off all the calories I added in getting drunk before going out to Guv
