ahh, i love falling asleep to music. but the best part is, when you wake up short, short periods in the middle of the night and the music is still playing. then it sounds really awesome. some of you probably know the feeling, it's a bit hard to describe

Google discogs or google itself for some "Chillout Albums" or use the di.fm (god forbid) chillout stream. Anything mellow/slow bpm/not soo upbeat or hardcore should do the trick. Michal Woods has some amazing tunes for relaxing too. That's what's coming off the top of my head right now.
You could always use those classical streams in iTunes too.

What's the point of this thread? I can fall asleep to British Murder Boys, or pretty much anything else. I find the pulsating percussion very soothing.

There is one cd which stands head and shoulders above all cd's when it comes to relaxing in bed.
That cd is...
Tom Middleton - The Sound of the Cosmos : CD 3 - Harmony
Seriously i'd be supprised if anyone after listening would not describe this as quite simply one of the most relaxing mixes of all time!

Plummet's "Cherish the Day" can put me to sleep easily.
That's mostly because it's boring...

The bassline in older Max Graham tracks tickles my ears and my brain and makes me feel all trancey.
