Yeah! Burn them at the stake! Those pagans with their black magic making music come out of robot machines.

Interesting fact: women are naturally better at DJing. Their brains are evolved to hear several different sources of sound simultaneously, where as men tend to be able to only focus on one thing at a time.

no more rekkids for them... i mena come on why would a dj who has to travel around the world and back want to lug around ridiculous record bags when they can bring way mor music in cds and take up less space...plus cdj 1000 are fun to use many more options than vinyls

Agreed, just because those guys mentioned can pull off near flawless sets just going from one track to another doesn't make them "excellent mixers".
Take a look at Carl Cox, Doc Martin, and the new kid on the block, James Zabiela. All of them have at least 4 things going on at any given time, sometimes more, and they all do it flawlessly as well.
Hell, if you've ever caught JZ live you know it's basically one giant remix on the fly for the entire set.

CD-J's and Ableton don't exactly cater to hip hop DJ's and turntablists though. You can't scratch with Ableton (I don't think) and the scratching on CD-J's is somewhat awkward and not completely authentic. I don't think it has to do with them being "real vinyl DJs" as much as it is those new technologies don't suppport their skill sets.

I think vinyl are alot tougher to mix with, and that is all i will ever use, until they become extinct.

uuuuuuuuuuuuuuh, my comment wasn't meant to be negative in any way towards Armin. Was one of my greatest clubbing moments ever.
Get laid lately?
Edit: The "Flame him" comment was sarcasm directed to the "Armin sucks" fags in here who hate to see a dj ever become popular. The internet isnt good at showing "true meaning" behind words so I can see why you got confused with my post. Asshole.
