i heard one of the reasons he is disliked is his shows are just "lighting effects" and doesnt focus on the music.
ive never been to one of his events so i wouldnt know.
but if i were ...
1. id be drinking
2. would be very into lighting effects
3. wouldnt pay much attention to the tunes.

my two cents.

i think once tiesto falls out of that #1 spot, he'll put in more effort and become better.

Just four? He can't mix, he plays the same tracks in every set, and he's ugly. Is it really that hard to find a better DJ?

I'd say it's hard not to respect their toruing schedule, their contributions to EDM, or their ability to make a name for themselves (or at least to hire good publicists.)

Oakenfold will always be special to me,he thought me what is a good DJ and his sets are probably the best ive ever heard.

Tiesto? - he's just another nice producer, won't even say one of the best in the scene.

oh look, the neighborhood dick is back!

I'm sure the way Tiësto looks will determine his ranking.

Well, his model girlfriend obviously doesn't care, as well as all the girls who would love to ride his pony once in their life....

Ory, if I got 25 cents for every dumb reply you make, I'd probably be a fucking millionaire right now....
