In Italy, Switzerland, and Spain it has been the same for all their ATMs.
maybe it depends on the banking laws by country? maybe there's no ATM fees allowed in the UK?

Nope the screen says anywhere in those countries I listed that there will be a fee charged with this transaction....ok no problem lol dumb asses....with my luck in about 2 years all the fees will come up Ill keep u posted

BoA is fuckin sweet and ive been with them for 7 years.. but when i went to Europe and to the small piss towns across america for my Army travels BoA hasnt been the best...

I signed up with Washington Mutual, but from what the person told me, they are merging with another bank *shrugs*. My cousin and a bunch of friends have accounts there and have no complaints, so Ill see what happens.
