I have the Logitech cordless desktop thingy at home...but I'd really love to have their bluetooth one - looks really slick!!!

maybe its worth it then. especially considering the mouse it the most used peripheral for a pc.
is it one of those gaming mice with super low response times?

Logitec devices are pretty nice. they look cool, work fine. And they generally tend to drop in price fairly quickly.

I don't need to be able to shoot a hellknight right between the balls from 482 metres away in Doom3. My MX510 is as precise as you'll ever need a mouse to be, the extra precision in your MX1000 is something that you can never use. It's a marketing gimmick.

i got mine for $28 minus a $10 MIR when it comes, so thats a good price
