I can imagine it now,he stops and clutches his heart,she rushes over top still loose and calling an ambulance... the clip would be alot better that way.

Also yes people have died from htis before,you cannot fall asleep with your eyes open,therefore you go insane and eventually do die.
Is a moderately slow death,and very unpleasant.

how about some sort of bug thing that cannot be flushed out of your system that is designed to start by eating the less important organs inside of your body, which i could only assume would bring great pain and sickness, and it would proceed to keep eating you from the inside out untill you die... but you would be straped in a chair and forced to watch the live stream of the internal feeding from a camera that is placed on the bug... just a random hung-over idea

Yeah it's called a Chinese Water Torture. Sucks balls. They basically tie you down and drip water one drop at a time right between your eyes so that your reflexes make you blink and can never go to sleep, eventually you do go insane from sleep deprivation.
