I have one of these. I find it to be quite handy simply because of it's portability. I also find that you'll get a stronger signal if you simultaneously charge your iPod with the Griffin car charger while playing it off the transmitter. And the farther away the transmitter is from the actual deck seems to make a difference as well (i.e. on the passenger seat as opposed to somewhere on the dash).

Awesome...thanks for the advice ...I'm thinking to get that thing actually now that I think about it
