well, what can i say fuckin awesome night indeed at le space...edgar was definitely great opening, as aformentioned he did indeed play some great tracks...in addition to the ones listed before there is one missng which to me was his track of the night...
Keo - Close Enough (Noel Sanger Remix)--holy shit, i cant believe he played this, its bassline and crazy noises destroyed space all over,i remember gettin insanely chaotic and telling everyone whagt track this was...so thank you edgar because that is a hot up and comer...all yous need to score this one
as for pvd...now i m not gonna lie i didnt really go with the full intentions of loving pvd, i thought i would enjoy it, and i really wanted to hear max graham...well fuck me sideways...paul was insane, i had one of the best times ive ever had at space getting lost in the pvd madness...i must say i was impressed tenfold and have a new gained respecet for pvd now...it was really that good imo...i couldnt stop moving the whole time he was on...right when max came on like 430-5 i went to le terrace and was like fuck i gotta get back inside cause i aint missing that shit!!(this was during the last half hour of pvd and i hadnt heard pictures or the other side and i knew he was gonna play them)...so there i was until he finished around 6 jumping and screaming my ass off to that shit...good christ, when he played timo maas-piktars...i was done what a fuckin track to hear at space..and paul was completely into the set and the tracks, ive never seen him so animated up there which to me is one the most important things when the dj doesent look like he hates what hes doing and provides that incredible synergy with the crowd...it was there last night and he was definitely on...the only track i can remember that no one seemed to mention paul playing was ernesto and bastion-dark side of the moon, which focking rocked !!
on to max graham...well this guy is pure genoius as well..why else would sander be signin all his new productions to little mountain?? cause hes that good and he was perfrect on the terrace...in the beggining he was playing more electro laced tracks which were good but i was waiting for his melodic prog goodness and in his last hour that is what we got from 7-815 when he was finished, the terrace was great he was sooo into the crowd and was acknowleding the folk up front who were into and knew the tracks he was playing..as for ids i dont remember many but the last two cause they were what i had been waiting for...he played hos own rework of with or without you, and of course he closed his set with the simply brilliant--max graham feat jessica riddle-gone!!!!! that was it i knew my nigth had started great with edgar gone insane thorugh paul and then waned down to max with the conclusive trakc of the nigth being gone...simply put this was one of the nest nights of music at space from opener to headliner to closer..they were all awesome...reiterating the simple and plain fact that...THERE'S STILL NO PLACE LIKE SPACE!!!!!!!
