I enjoy glow-sticking cuz it just simply adds to the night, sometimes I'll pull them out and give lightshows and sometimes I'll just put them away and dance all night. It's fun giving lightshows to people and as stingray mentioned I too have rec'd smokes, gum, $$$ etc. for my services but really the best thing I can get in return is just pure satisfaction knowing that the people I'm giving the lightshow to are loving it. I remember back at A&B I was on the stage with strobes and I was giving a small group of people (around 5) a lightshow with them, next thing I know there's 20 people standing, crouching all around me just watching and I was like holy shit where did all these people come from but I just kept on going. After a 10min show I stopped and there was mad cheering going on from the whole crowd.

I don't mind watching a good light show. But the person has to be good at it. Not just throwing them all around or doing it too slow. When I lived in Toronto and used to go to the Guv the person I was dating would always ask someone to come over and give me a light show. And I mean almost every person he thought was doing a good job..I finally said "Ok stop with this shit it's getting fucking annoying".

Anyone that was really good though I would hug them and say thanks or give them a "tip" haha.
